I’m Kristin, a wellness coach, lover of life, and believer in the power of healthy living. My passion is helping people reconnect with their bodies, shift their mindset, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health and happiness. HOW CAN I HELP?

Kristen is one of the kindest, most gracious and supportive people I know. She is always willing to listen, provide help or a nudge when needed and meet you where you are. She has created a community of people who support one another through more than just fitness. In a world where it’s easy to get lost in our own individual lives, this group checks in, cares and cheers one another on daily, weekly and monthly.


It’s not always easy to create programming for a diverse group of people, but Be You Do You does just that. Kristin uses a simple stop light colored system that allows you to choose the level you can achieve.


Her treadmill workouts have sprints or incline walks programmed in. You do what your body is capable. She encourages you to push your limits, if your body allows, and reminds you to listen to your body when it needs a rest. I LOVE running outside, but living in WI doesn’t always make it possible year round. Treadmills are a necessary evil but Kristen’s treadmill workouts make the time go by SO fast! They have become some of my favorites workouts each week.


Her mobility workouts are a great warm up or cool down from the running/walking or strength workouts. In a sedentary world these mobility movements have kept me flexible and helped me continue to do the activities I enjoy each day.


The workouts are no more than 30 min max and most are less than 15-20 min. Just 3 times a week is all you need to move your body. I’ve never regretted completing a workout, but I have always regretted not completing one.
